Hila has been in the NYC, SF and Tel Aviv startup ecosystem since 2009. She worked at one of the first live streaming video startups that focused on B2B and content partnerships from Day1. She acquired and worked with leading brands including TED, SXSW, CBS, NBC, MTV, A&E, Estée Lauder,  Columbia University, OFA, and The White House. 

After that, she advised and consulted with leading NYC video, VR, 360 agencies, and Forbes 30 under 30 platform SaaS startups, and leading entrepreneurs for 4+ years. She joined a Bay Area infrastructure company on high profile strategic accounts. They included: Birchbox, Conde Nast, Hearst, Washington Post, Twitter, Pinterest, Daily Dot, WeWork, Meetup, Hillary for America (HFA), and others.

She has worked in live video, video content curation, and streaming,
