It’s Been A Long Time…
We've been extraordinarily busy over the past few months. So busy that we haven't had much time to update our blog. In the past four months, we made an entire feature film and saw it screen with rave reviews in 30+ cities domestic and foreign, have produced several commercials, and even took a vacation! We're back at it and to follow will be some of the updates that we've been meaning to write.
Iris MediaWorks Completes Principle Photography for Red Carpet Run
Iris MediaWorks, in a coproduction with Avignon Bound Media Internationa, has finished shooting its first game show, Red Carpet Run. A mashup of Jeopardy and Double Dare, Red Carpet Run is an entertainment themed game show that is designed for the internet. Featuring three rounds, the show culminates in the leading contestant running on an increasingly faster treadmill answering questions about the entertainment industry. THE RODSHIRE ARCHIVES PROJECT announced as Finalist for Power to the Pixel’s 2010 Pixel Pitch Competition
THE RODSHIRE ARCHIVES PROJECT has been selected as a finalist for the Pixel Pitch at Power to the Pixel's 2010 Cross-Media Forum. With producers Julia Pontecorvo and Patrick T. Rousseau, and director Noah Workman, THE RODSHIRE ARCHIVES PROJECT is a transmedia project we are developing that was chosen to present out of over 100 applicants from 23 countries.

ILEGALES, Iris MediaWorks' latest feature film, premiered at HBO's NYILFF at the end of July with two packed screenings and our actors were stopped repeatedly throughout the week by festival-goers who were moved or inspired by the film. ILEGALES – Worldwide Premiere Announced
ILEGALES, our most recent feature film, will be premiering at the 2010 Intl Latino Film Festival, presented by HBO. The second film we've produced in New Mexico, Ilegales weaves together the stories of five immigrants in a modern day feature length drama about human trafficking along the U.S./Mexico border.
WINNER – THE CAPTIVE wins People’s Voice 2010 Webby for Best Drama
We could not be more excited to announce that THE CAPTIVE has won the 2010 People's Voice Webby for Best Drama. We faced incredible competition, as it was nominated alongside projects produced by HBO and Sony Pictures, as well as Sally Potter's project Rage, starring Dame Judi Dench, John Leguizamo, Steve Buscemi, and Jude Law in drag.
